GAS SWEETENING
Our gas sweetening units are based on adsorption with activated carbon or by absorption with an Amine solution.

PROCESS SYSTEMS designs, manufactures and installs gas sweetening units either by adsorption with activated carbon or by absorption with Amine solution.

The sulphur removal process from natural gas is based on adsorption with activated carbon which can remove the last few milligrams of H2S with natural gas flow rates of over 500 000 Nm3/h. Gas sweetening by absorption using an Amine solution is part of a regeneration loop.

Our operational experience enables us to find appropriate solutions for the customers’ needs by offering them customised equipment.

GAS DEHYDRATION
We supply gas dehydration and glycol regeneration units, from standard units to more complex ones with, notably, the development of "clean" solutions using a thermal oxidiser.

Our dehydration process is based on the water absorbent properties of different types of glycol. We have developed “clean” regeneration units (with thermal oxidiser) in order to limit emissions to the atmosphere as well as the recovery of energy in the process.

As a result of comprehensive operational experience in our installations in many countries PROCESS SYSTEMS has developed solutions to limit the pollution of glycol loops, supplying, for example,  “glycol reclaiming” installations.

GAS FILTRATION AND SEPARATION
Our filtration, coalescence and separation solutions use a broad range of technologies.

Utilising our extensive knowledge of gas treatment processes, PROCESS SYSTEMS selects the most appropriate separation technology for the performance required by your process.

Our references and operational experience cover the supply of gas-liquid separators (with vane-pack or wire mesh demisters) as well as multicyclones separators.

Our solutions will equally ensure solid particle filtration with cartridges as well as attaining a more efficient performance with the elimination of liquid particles in gas using coalescing cartridges.

DE ETHANISER
De-ethanisation sections make it possible to separate LPG from the most volatile components.

In LPG treatment, the LPG fraction (Butane and Propane), taken from the bottom of the column, is separated from the most volatile components such as methane and ethane.

Our de-ethaniser solutions comprise columns, equipped with trays, along with a reboiler and a condenser at the top of the column.

GAS TRANSFER AND DISTRIBUTION
We manufacture equipment for the transport and distribution of gas, including pig traps and production manifolds.

Along with gas treatment packages, we design and fabricate equipment for the transport and distribution of gas.

We manufacture pig traps skids, according to ASME B.31.8, for cleaning and inspection of pipelines.

For the despatching of gas from the production wells to treatment installations we supply production manifolds, usually assembled on a self-supporting skid structure.
