Hassi R’Mel: a major milestone achieved!

The first ignition of the GT11 Gas Turbine marks an important milestone for the Hassi R’Mel 1 power plant, following sustained efforts from the construction, quality, and commissioning teams.

On the Process Systems Algeria side, our teams were fully mobilized on the gas station supplying this plant, with:
– Several site missions carried out since July 2025
– Responsibility for pre-commissioning, commissioning, and start-up of the gas station delivered about ten years ago
– Supply, via Process Systems France, of a set of spare parts (SP) to secure operations

More than 10 years after the delivery of the gas station: “What was once a dream is now a reality.”

A great collective achievement and a momentum to continue.
