CONDENSATE
STABILISATION
Condensate stabilisation installations enable the recovery and commercial exploitation of condensate resulting from associated gas.

The condensed liquid hydrocarbons resulting from the treatment of natural gas and associated gas can be recovered with condensate stabilisation installations that separate the light and heavy components.

Our stabilisation solutions comprise stabilisation columns, equipped with trays, along with a reboiler and a condenser installed at the top of the column. Light components can be recovered as LPG and heavy components as condensate.

CRUDE OIL SEPARATION
We supply 3 phase separation packages with guarantees of performance for upstream oil activities.

PROCESS SYSTEMS designs, manufactures and installs skid-mounted 3-phase, test and production separators for up to 50 000 BOPD for onshore or offshore installations.

Our process engineers perform process simulations of the crude oil in order to optimise the coalescence sections to ensure the performance guarantees.

For more than 40 years we have manufactured separators in our workshops for our customers in France and abroad.

CRUDE OIL HEATING
Our crude oil heating solutions are implemented with indirect water bath heaters or with tubular heat exchangers, TEMA type.

The preheating reduces the viscosity of some kinds of crude oil and by that way improve the upstream separation performances. Our know-how allows us to find the appropriate solutions to our customers’ issues and to manufacture custom made equipment.

According to your site restraints, we design autonomous solutions for crude oil heating with indirect water bath heaters or  through fire tubes upstream of separation sections.

According to the available utilities on site, this preheating can be done through shell and tube heat exchangers (TEMA type) where crude oil is heated using production water, then with superheated water.

crude oil desalter
CRUDE OIL DESALTING
We supply crude oil electrostatic desalters with performance guarantees for upstream oil activities.

PROCESS SYSTEMS designs, manufactures and installs skid-mounted electrostatic desalters which can achieve performances of around  0.2 % BS&W.

Process engineers perform process simulations of the crude oil in order to optimise electrostatic coalescing sections to ensure the performance guarantees.

PRODUCED WATER TREATMENT
PROCESS SYSTEMS can provide produced water treatment packages for the removal of hydrocarbons as well as suspended solids from the produced water coming from separators, FWKO vessels, heater-treater or electrostatic coalescers.

We can provide produced water treatment packages for the removal of hydrocarbons as well as suspended solids from the produced water coming from separators, FWKO vessels, heater-treater or electrostatic coalescers. The treated water may then be safely discharged overboard or re-injected into the reservoir, after degassing if necessary.

For onshore applications we can provide Induced Gas Flotation Units (IGF) as well as multimedia filtration.

For offshore applications we are able to provide de-oiling and de-sanding hydrocyclones as well as degassing drums to remove any remaining dissolved gas in the water.

We can also provide skimmer vessels and Coalescing Plate Separators.

CRUDE OIL TRANSFER
AND DISTRIBUTION
We manufacture equipment for crude oil transfer and distribution, such as pig traps, production manifolds and liquid pumping skids.

In the upstream oil sector and in parallel with crude oil treatment installations, we design and manufacture installations for the transfer and distribution of crude oil. We also manufacture pig trap skids, in accordance with ASME B. 31.4, for pipeline cleaning and inspection.

In order to despatch crude oil between the production wells and treatment installations, we supply production manifolds that are normally assembled on self-supporting skid structures.

Crude oil transfer is usually achieved by pumping and for this we integrate liquid pumping skids into our packages in partnership with pump suppliers recognised throughout the upstream oil sector. Crude oil transfer is most often made by pumping and , in this case, we include liquid pumping skids in partnership with the most famous pumping suppliers in the upstream oil sector.
