DESULFURATION
Natural
Gas Desulfuration units based on Activated carbon process, for units
containing few tens mg/m3 (N) of H2S (with a gas flow rate up to 500
000 Nm3/H) to achieve <= 1 mg/m3 (N) of H2S granted value. |

DEHYDRATION
Natural
Gas Dehydration system is based on Glycol absorption properties, with
no limitation of capacity.
Glycol regeneration are packaged units from rate of 1m3 to 20m3.
The commonly liquid desiccant used is the TEG and we can also design
plants based on the use of DEG.
For Floating
Production Storage and Offloading units, Process Systems is very concerned
on anti-motion systems and is offering its own design by appropriate
internals.

The
glycol systems are composed of a Gas Dehydration unit and
Glycol Regeneration package. In addition when local environment
tal rules are very stringent,we design the units with a Thermal
Oxidiser to incinerate the liquids and gas effluent in replacement
of the flare system commonly used. |

GAS HEATERS

Indirect Water Bath Heaters up to 15 MM BTU/hr with 70% thermal
efficiency
- Salt
Bath Heaters with product outlet temperature from 300°F up
to 700°F
use molten eutetic salt solution as heat transfer medium to provide
high transfer temperature to flow coil without causing hot spots
on coil.
- Emulsion
Treater with duty up to 8 MMBTU/hr
- Propane
Vaporiser , water bath, indirect heaters for vaporisation of
propane or and other liquefied gases in peak shaving and stand-by
plants.
