We commonly manufacture our units with the following materials:
-carbon steel, stainless steel, refractory steel, duplex, titanium, incolloy,

HEATERS AND HOT WATER BOILERS
Process Systems designs and constructs different type of System units, skid mounted type which require instrumented units for Heaters and Hot Water Boilers as:

-Common Diesel Oil/Gas/Compressed Air/Instrument Air skid
-Burner Fuel Gas skid
-Burner Diesel Oil skid

The common range supplied of gas flow rate is from 10 000 to 120 000 Nm3/H. Others flow rates can be provided in a case by case

Example of units :
- Diesel Oil pressure and flow at burner inlet : 16 Barg, 3500 kg/h
- Diesel Oil pressure and flow for pilot burner at burner inlet : 10 Barg, 50 kg/h
- Fuel Gas pressure and flow at burner inlet : 3500 kg/h at 1Barg (pressure reducing 4/1 bar)
- Burner turndown: 1/10
