GAS CONDITIONNING

 
For GAS TURBINES application
Process Systems designs and constructs different Fuel Gas units, skid mounted with required instrumentation for Gas Turbines composed with following packages:
-Primary Fuel Gas Separator/Filter
-Metering
-Heaters (Indirect – Electrical and/or Steam type)
-Pressure Reducing unit
-Final Separator
-Drain Tank and Vent Stack

The common range supplied of gas flow rate is from 10 000 to 125 000 Nm3/h. Others flow rates can be provided in a case by case.

Example of unit which can be provided:
Pressure Inlet 40-70 bar / Outlet 23-26 bar – Temperature Inlet 18-60°C/ Outlet 44-90°C – Flow rate 125 000 Nm3/h



PRESSURE REDUCING SKIDS
Process Systems designs and constructs different Pressure Reducing units, skid mounted with required instrumentation.
The common range supplied of gas flow rate are 2 500, 5 000, 10 000 and up to 120 000 Nm3/h. Others flow rates can be provided in a case by case.
Example of units :
Pressure Inlet 76 bar / Outlet 25 bar – Temperature Inlet 0°C/ Outlet 15°C – Flow rate 50 000 Nm3/h
Pressure requirement 76/20/4 bar – Temperature 10 to 35°C – Flow rate 10 000 Nm3/h
Pressure Inlet 70 bar / Outlet 4 bar – Temperature Inlet 5°C mini/ Outlet 10°C mini – Flow rate 2 500 Nm3/h
Pressure Inlet 70 bar / Outlet 4 bar – Temperature Inlet 5°C mini/ Outlet 10°C mini – Flow rate 2 500 Nm3/h
